Post Training Recovery Smoothie

Coming into the summer months, why not refuel your hard work and exercise with a nice summer berry smoothie.

This smoothie is high in protein to help your muscles recover adequately, whilst also high in carbohydrates to help restore your depleted glycogen stores.

Place all ingredients into your blender and blend to your desired consistency. It is as simple and quick as that!

Macronutrients: 

Per Serve:

  • Calories: 436
  • Carbohydrates: 13.5g
  • Protein: 19g
  • Fats: 4.3g

Ingredients: 

  • 40g Rolled Oats
  • 75g Frozen Berries
  • 1 Small Banana
  • 10g Peanut Butter (No added salt/no added sugar)
  • 300ml A2 Light Milk

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into your food processor and blend to the desire consistency
