Precision Physio
When you make an appointment with Precision Physio you will need to bring your
WorkCover Medical Certificate. Your physio will liase with your treating doctor to prepare a plan
for your rehabilitation and return-to-work management. Once we have your claim details we are able
to deal directly with your insurance company so there is no cost to you for your treatment. Just
ask one of our friendly reception team for more information on the claim details you will need.
We
have large modern facilities at all our clinics to ensure you receive the best rehabilitation possible.
We have on-site gyms, physiotherapists, massage therapists and exercise physiologists who work together
as a team to achieve maximum results for you.
What to do if you have an injury at work:
- Your Employer will provide you with their details and their insurance company’s details. They will also provide you with a Workers Compensation form if necessary.
- You will need to contact WorkCover immediately for serious injuries and if not life threatening within 7 days. Any injured worker off work for more than 7 days must see doctor and get a WorkCover Medical Certificate.
- Contact your company’s insurance company and you will need to provide them with details of your accident, your personal details, your company details, your treating doctor, and any other information they require.
- Your doctor will refer you to physiotherapy if appropriate, and you can then make an appointment with Precision Physio to begin your treatment and start on your road to recovery.
