If your aim is to massively improve your performance in your sport, we will create your Personal Performance Pyramid based on using the latest advances in movement science out of the USA. We use SFMA and FMS to work out exactly what is limiting your performance. By doing this you will know exactly where your “weak links” are, and what you need to do to be able to address them. You cannot get a Personal Performance Pyramid from anywhere else.
This will guide and show you what you need to do to improve your performance and will also identify where potential risk factors for injuries are.
If the top tier (Live Young) of your Pyramid is strong, however you lack the foundations of mobility (Move More) and movement control (Move Right), your performance will always be limited. If your foundations are great then your performance can significantly improve. You also need to be aware that if your foundations are not strong, then you will be at a much higher risk of injury.
You will work with our Physios to find out where you are limited in terms of mobility, and what needs to happen to address each area. You will work with our Exercise Physiologists to improve your movement quality and control, to ensure you can safely progress to the top level stuff.
