Our Surry Hills Sydney clinic is located in the heart of Surry Hills just 3 minutes walk from Central station & right on major bus routes. Many of our clients live & work in the Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Redfern & Sydney CBD areas, & being so close to Central station we are ideally situated for commuters from Bondi & the eastern suburbs, the inner west & other areas of Sydney.

Our dynamic & highly skilled physiotherapy team of Ben, Dom, Laura & Chris have a wealth of experience in treating back & neck pain, acute sports injuries, headaches & post-surgical rehab. We have particular interests in athletes with injuries to do with running, cycling, rugby & soccer, & also athletes looking to improve their performance. This performance enhancement side of the practice is complimented by our Phyioball exercises classes which focus on core stability, posture improvement & injury prevention, all of which are important for athletes & desk-workers alike.

As well as physiotherapy treatment we can prescribe Gaitscan custom orthotics, which provide lasting correction of foot mechanics that is essential for many people including runners, footballers, soccer players & people who work on their feet a lot. We also have Terry, our massage therapist, who has over 18 years experience in providing relief & enhanced recovery through massage therapy. Both of these services can be integrated with your physio management or may be provided independently.

Attending the clinic is easy due to our central location & extended opening hours (7.40am – 7.40pm plus Saturdays 9am - 1pm). Whenever possible we will see acute injuries same-day to speed your recovery, & we work closely with GP's & specialists in the Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, CBD & Newtown/Camperdown areas if further investigation is required.
